Welcome

Four-star Accommodation, deliciously prepared food, some healthy and not-so-healthy snacks, a welcome bag, notebook, yoga and all of the sessions. 

You will need to get yourself to the hotel and we will take care of the rest. 

We are taking over a four-star accommodation, complete with a beach, pool, hot tub and  divine food.

Coming together with some incredible women in a stunning setting where you will have time away to completely unplug and reset, rejuvenate and reconnect with yourself and your calling. Your award winning, senior qualified coach, Kimberley L. Johnston,  will lead you through some exercises and give you lots of time to reflect, evaluate and recenter. This time is all about you and having time away to think about your purpose and where you want to go next. 

Kimberley is an EMCC Global Senior Certified Coach with a masters level accreditation in executive coaching and mentoring as well as Board, Systemic and Team coaching. She is trained in a variety of psychometrics including Hogan, Myers Briggs, EQ 2.0 & 350, KF trademarked Styles & Climates and Traits & Drivers, mental health first aid and she holds an OCN Level 3 qualification in Neuro-inclusive practice. She is a reformed lawyer who is passionate about helping people find joy in their work. She is the creator and host of the podcast "The Undiscovered You" which has been submitted for a British Podcast Award. She loves travelling, photography and running... mostly after her two kids! 

All days will follow a similar schedule with a lot of down-time for rest and reflection - individually and/or with other participants. 

8am - Yoga session with private instructor

Before 10am - Breakfast 

10-12:45 (with a break) -  Sessions 1&2 

12:45-1:45 - LUNCH 

1:45-5:15: (with breaks) -  Sessions 3&4

5:15-7:00 - Personal reflection/down time 

7pm - Dinner 

The sessions are there for you to join if you like - you are more than welcome to sleep in,  head off for a run in the lovely countryside or just take a long time over the delicious breakfast - the main thing is to start your day how you want! 

It is always worth asking your company or an organisation you are working with for sponsorship. You never know what they might have in the L&D or employee wellbeing/ personal learning/improvement budget or general slush fund!! Even if they can't contribute it all - they might be able to contribute something.

DEPOSIT: 

£500 deposit required to book your spot by 11 May 2025

REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations received on or before midnight on 11 May 2025 will be fully refunded.

Cancellations received after that but before midnight 11 July 2025 will lose 100% of their deposit and be refunded 50% of any payment above the deposit amount received.

Cancellations after 12 July 2025 are fully non-refundable.
