What I do
Consulting, Executive coaching, Keynote Speaking, Serving as a Thinking Partner, Facilitation (for team offsites, as part of a leadership programs or to bolster your L&D program) running Coaching Retreats.
My coaching tends to focus on transition (be that between roles, careers or companies), confidence (overcoming imposter syndrome and overcoming fear and self-doubt), building high performing teams and helping clients to become high impact, enterprise leaders.
