Kimberley is known for her infectious enthusiasm, boundless energy and positivity. She has a thirst for knowledge and is constantly learning new techniques and strategies and is not afraid to push the envelope with her clients using new techniques and ideas from across the coaching world.
Kimberley brings to her practice her knowledge and experience from over 20-years professional working experience spanning the U.S. government, U.S. politics, the private practice legal sector in D.C. and London and the various roles she held in her decade-long career at Lloyds Banking Group.
In addition to a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Juris Doctor degree, Kimberley has an ILM 7 and a Masters Level Certification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring & and ILM& in Team Coaching and is an EMCC Global Senior Practitioner, qualified Mental Health First Aider and holds Hogan, MBTI and EQi-2.0/360 qualified practitioner status.
She has worked with clients from a broad range of sectors including Financial Services, Fashion, Healthcare, Law, Pharma, Agriculture, Recruitment, Education and Technology.
Kimberley recently attended the year-long World Business & Executive Coach Summit and through that programme was chosen as a Facilitator for a roundtable discussion about micro-management at the Inc. 5000 Virtual Vision Conference 2020. She was also chosen as the “Super-Facilitator” for a GC100 event exploring the Future of the Legal Profession and acted as a lead facilitator for the German Agency for International Cooperation “Investing in Coffee” International virtual event. Through the women’s network at Lloyds Banking Group (one of the largest women’s networks in the UK), Kimberley co-created a 12-week personal development programme which over 1800 colleagues have signed up to to encourage people to get their personal development back on course as we learn to live with COVID.
